OUR 5 STAGE PROCESS

As an entertainment production company, we’ve created an easy process to better serve and assist our new and existing clients in their event planning. In our 5 Stage Process listed below, we have an organized system to ensure a large checklist of elements, items, capabilities and functions are all executed perfectly. Our well-organized processes enable us to provide optimum full-service capabilities of your event production.

STAGE 1 (Project Orientation)

This is the beginning process where we discuss over the phone your event, project or planning itinerary. We will review your initial plans, structure and the implementation and assess your event needs, expectations and event overview to schedule a meeting and production proposal.

STAGE 2 (Free Consultation)

This is the stage where we meet with our client and provide a free consultation. Here is the meeting of the teams, where we give a presentation to your company or organization’s team; gather all the creative elements and review all the production services you're interested in. We will carefully examine and consult with you on the following capabilities and options in our full-service productions:

STAGE 3 (Walk Through)

When applicable, this is the stage where all parties do a “Walk Through” of the performance event site. Prior to the event date, a long checklist of production elements are inspected and reviewed including-- staging; lighting; rigging; audio; video; vendor area; back stage & stage manager; stage loading; sponsorship set ups; special requests; publicity stunt set-ups and pre-production needs.

STAGE 4 (Production Proposal Outline)

This is the stage where we present a production proposal outline and review all the service parameters, budget and itemize everything in a cost estimate. This is reviewed carefully by all parties and all changes and amendments are finalized.

STAGE 5 (Production Agreement)

After Stage 4 process is finished with all amendments, alterations and changes, a Production Agreement is created and then signed by all parties involved in the event production.
